  1. I was hoping to know if a refurbished phone has had the screen protector removed. If not; then why does plug charge $15 for one? I’d like to know if there is really a difference between ‘good’ and ‘great’? Why is a good/great order option always available (stock for each surely isn’t equal)? Is there really any value in ordering ‘great’ over ‘good’ or is it just marketting?

  2. I’d purchased a couple refurbs that literally looked brand new without issue. But I’ve also bought refurbed that had EIP balances and unpaid balances on them. It’s definitely risky. I’d say no matter which you buy, new or used, make sure it’s from a store with decent buyer protection

  3. Don’t buy a used phone. I did and I will never buy used again. Bought two and both didn’t last a year. One the screen went bad and the either the battery couldn’t keep a charge. Unless you know how to fix phones don’t buy one. I buy flagship phones. I need them for games.
