Kidde’s customer service is terrible
Good luck. Kidde goes off constantly for no reason… oh, yes the reason is the temperature dropped in the middle of the night and the units all scream at an incredibly high ear shatteting and it says “fire!” in addition. Your wife is going to kill you! Lol. Only alarms at night and you can’t shut it off.
1:48 we’re buying a “smart” alarm that can’t announce the difference? I’ll need to get my reading glasses and a ladder to figure out if it’s CO2 or not?
So he chose a company that has been around for awhile. That’s just bias thinking as a company over time can make bad quality products.
I think Heiman’s smoke alarms work really well, and they have smart connectivity features that work throughout the entire house.
