  1. You didn’t mention the Tapo Central Hub. How would you place that on bad-good-great? I just setting up an airbnb investment property with some tech and my prime areas are 1-exterior cameras (Tapo Solar Type) 2-locally record camera footage (Tapo Central Hub) 3-front door lock (Aqara U400) 4-exterior lights (coach style / Looking for suggestions) 5-guest wifi access (TP-Link mesh for an 1,800sqft rambler on a slab) 5-Alarm Security System (Ring Alarm Pro) 6-Smart Thermostat (Aqara W200). From what I can tell, all of these should easily integrate via the hub and I’ll be controlling them via Google Home most likely. If I missed any critical links, or you have any suggestions, all is greatly appreciated. Also, I’m no looking to break the bank, but I’m not a “go cheap” for the sake of saving $1 kind of guy either. Thanks in advance. ~ John

  2. Hi Brian
Here is a silly question as I am just baby steping into this world.
Too late I found out that the aqara M3 hub ONLY recognizes Aqara Zigbee products unless they are Matter.
    Here is the question:
By getting a Home Assistant Green I would be able to integrate any Zigbee brand products without needing any other hub?
I thank you in advance for your time.

  3. After following & watching so many other Smart Home formats — you are able to dumb it down for someone who had been using the Google Home & wanting to elevate the smart home to the next level after selling our home, Thank you!!! We are in the mist of new construction with Cat 6 integrated into the build & looks like Homey Pro will be a good fit for me. Home Assist is just too much of a learning curve at this stage for me.
